Privacy

What it stores

• Your profile: name, @username, and your avatar or photo.
• What you log: activities, minutes, ticks and notes.
• Your plan: routines, goals and rest days.
• Your journal: notes, what you learned, and recall cards.
• Connections you add: your GitHub and chess.com usernames, and the public activity they show.

It’s kept in a database run by Supabase in the United States. The app itself runs on Vercel.

Who sees what

• Your journal, notes and proof photos are never shown to anyone else.
• Friends in your group see your name, @username, avatar, rank, tiers, map, streak and how many musts you’ve done.
• They also see your to-dos, goals and activity, unless you switch those off in Settings → Privacy.

What it never gets

Your Google password. When you continue with Google, Google only shares your name, email address and photo.

What leaves the app

Typed logs the app can’t read on its own are sent to Google’s Gemini AI to be understood. Don’t put anything private in a typed log.

If you connect GitHub or chess.com, the app asks them for your public activity using your username. Nothing else leaves the app.

No ads, no trackers, no analytics. Your data is never sold or shared.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete my account removes your account and everything in it, straight away. It arrives with sign-in; until then, ask Andy and he’ll delete it for you.
